The K-Tron Colormax Standard Hydraulic Station and Screen Changer system is designed for quick manual changing of extruder screens.
The compact and portable hydraulic station is easy to move and use. It provides powerful, reliable, low noise, manual operation of the integrated high speed screen changer.
Simple to operate and maintain, the Standard Hydraulic Station employs a hydraulic pump and energy accumulator with a manually operated valve.
The operator opens the diverter valve to activate a cylinder to extend or return the screen changer. The hydraulic pump is protected by a pressure sensor to avoid over pressure operation.
The integrated High Speed Screen Changer can be used for single and twin screw extruders. It connects with the Hydraulic station during the screen changing process.
